Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 29, 2026
Welcome to LiangyuFoil, the website of Jiangsu Liangyu Laser New Material Co., Ltd. These Terms & Conditions explain how visitors, buyers, distributors, converters, printers, packaging producers, brand owners, and other business users may use this website and communicate with us about foil products, samples, quotations, and orders.
By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, requesting samples, or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If a signed sales contract, purchase order, proforma invoice, or written agreement states different terms, the written commercial agreement will prevail for that specific transaction.
1. Company Information
This website is operated by Jiangsu Liangyu Laser New Material Co., Ltd., also referred to as LiangyuFoil, Liangyu Laser, "we," "us," or "our." Our business focuses on the research, development, production, and supply of hot stamping foil, cold stamping foil, digital foil, textile foil, holographic foil, pigment foil, rainbow foil, laser foil, and other decorative foil materials for packaging, labels, printing, plastics, paper, leather, textiles, and related applications.

2. Website Use
You may use this website to learn about our company, product categories, application guidance, technical articles, and contact options. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, copy website content for misleading commercial use, interfere with website security, or use the website in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
3. Product Information
Product descriptions, photos, colors, technical information, application examples, and blog content are provided for general reference. Foil performance can vary depending on substrate, machine type, stamping temperature, pressure, speed, adhesive layer, ink system, coating, storage conditions, and production environment.
Because foil color and gloss may appear differently on screens, website images should not be treated as exact color standards. Buyers should request samples, conduct production trials, and confirm suitability before mass production.
4. Samples, Testing, and Custom Requirements
We may provide samples, sample rolls, color references, or technical recommendations based on the information provided by the buyer. For best results, buyers should share the intended application, substrate, machine type, stamping process, color target, roll size, order quantity, destination country, and any special performance requirements.
Sample approval does not remove the buyer's responsibility to test the foil under real production conditions. Custom foil, OEM/ODM products, private-label packaging, and special specifications may require additional confirmation, lead time, minimum order quantity, and written approval before production.
5. Quotations and Orders
Prices, lead times, shipping costs, and product availability are not fixed by website content. A quotation becomes valid only when issued by LiangyuFoil in writing. Unless otherwise stated, quotations may depend on raw material cost, roll size, specification, quantity, packaging requirements, shipping method, currency, and validity period.
An order is accepted only after written confirmation by both parties, such as a confirmed proforma invoice, purchase order, sales contract, or other written agreement. We may refuse or request clarification for orders with incomplete specifications, unusual compliance requirements, restricted destinations, or inconsistent information.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed separately for each order. Common payment arrangements may include advance payment, deposit before production, balance before shipment, or other terms confirmed in writing. Bank fees, currency conversion charges, import duties, taxes, and local charges are the buyer's responsibility unless the written agreement states otherwise.
7. Production, Delivery, and Shipping
Production and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed as binding in writing. Delays may occur due to raw material supply, production scheduling, quality checks, customs procedures, shipping availability, force majeure events, or incomplete buyer information.
Shipping terms, risk transfer, insurance, export documents, and delivery responsibilities should be confirmed in the relevant proforma invoice, contract, or written order confirmation. Buyers are responsible for checking local import rules, product suitability, customs requirements, and tax obligations in the destination market.
8. Quality, Tolerances, and Claims
We aim to supply consistent and reliable foil products. Reasonable production tolerances may apply to roll length, width, color appearance, batch variation, packaging, and other manufacturing details unless stricter requirements are confirmed in writing before production.
Buyers should inspect goods promptly after receipt. Any quality claim should be submitted in writing with order details, photos or videos, batch information, unused samples, production conditions, and a clear description of the issue. Claims caused by improper storage, unsuitable processing conditions, unauthorized modification, incorrect application, or use beyond recommended conditions may be rejected.
9. Storage and Handling
Foil products should be stored and handled according to suitable industrial practice. Buyers should protect rolls from moisture, excessive heat, direct sunlight, dust, pressure damage, chemical exposure, and unsuitable warehouse conditions. Storage and handling conditions can affect transfer performance, adhesion, gloss, and shelf life.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, graphics, product descriptions, logos, videos, articles, layout, and other materials, belongs to LiangyuFoil or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our website materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
If a buyer provides artwork, brand assets, designs, packaging files, trademarks, or technical drawings, the buyer confirms that it has the legal right to use them and authorizes us to use them for quotation, sampling, production, packaging, and order fulfillment.
11. Third-Party Links and Tools
This website may include links to third-party websites or communication tools, such as WhatsApp, email, maps, analytics, embedded media, or social platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or security of third-party websites and services.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LiangyuFoil will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from website use, product selection, production interruption, loss of profit, loss of data, or buyer-side application decisions. Our liability for a confirmed product issue is limited to the remedy agreed in writing for the relevant order, such as replacement, repair, credit, or refund for affected goods, where applicable.
13. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic, war, labor disruption, power failure, transportation disruption, customs delay, government action, material shortage, or other force majeure events.
14. Privacy and Communications
When you submit an inquiry, contact form, email, WhatsApp message, or sample request, we may use the information you provide to respond, prepare quotations, process orders, arrange samples, provide technical support, and maintain business communication.
